11:59 a.m. Report of a Verizon crew working on West Wyoming Avenue with picketers around the crew.

12:59 p.m. Car accident at West Emerson Street at Myrtle Street.

Arrests and Summonses

Legmarie Diaz, 21, 743 Newburyport Turnpike, Apt. 9, Melrose, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 11 on the charge of assault and battery.

Eric Griffin, 21, 15 Eastview Ave., Billerica, was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 13 on charges of a subsequent offense of driving with a suspended license; fugitive from justic on a court warrant; and failing to signal.
