Homeless Man Arrested on Several Warrants

At 4:06 p.m. March 7, Melrose Police responded to a Heywood Avenue home for a report of a possible breaking and entering in progress. Geoffrey Aronian, 44, who is listed as homeless, was arrested on five outstanding warrants.

Roxbury Man Arrested on Warrants

At 12:16 p.m. March 7, police checked a male party for warrants at Banks Place. Lonnie Clinton, 17, of 1 Leyland St. Apt. 3A, Roxbury, was arrested on two warrants. 

March 4

2:39 p.m.: Police called to railroad tracks near Essex and West Emerson Streets for a report of kids throwing rocks at cars. The kids could not be located, according to police.

5:36 p.m.: Police responded to Sanford Street for a report of a past breaking and entering. A report was taken.

5:57 p.m.: Police called to Tappan Street on a report of a past breaking and entering. A report was taken.

March 5

12:16 a.m.: Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of West Wyoming Avenue and Main Street. A 34-year-old Everett man was summonsed on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. A report was taken.

8:53 a.m.: Police responded to Pinebanks Park on Main Street for a report of hypodermic needles found in the area. The needles were recovered and disposed of properly, according to police.

6:03 p.m.: Police called to the area of Tremont Street and Lynn Fells Parkway for a report of a hit-and-run vehicular accident. A report was taken.

6:44 p.m.: Police responded to East Emerson Street for a report of an odor of outside gas. Nothing found in the area.

March 6

6:47 a.m.: Police called to Lebanon Street on a report of a motor vehicle accident. No tows or transports logged.

10:30 a.m.: A Frost Avenue resident visited the police station to report a larceny. A report was taken.

5:21 p.m.: Police responded to Vasco Gas Station on Main Street for a report of a larceny. A report was taken.

7:16 p.m.: Police called to the intersection of West Wyoming Avenue and Trenton Street on a report of a hit-and-run vehicular accident. A report was taken.

March 7

12:58 p.m.: Police called to the area of Tremont and West Emerson Streets for a report of a minor motor vehicle accident. No tows or transports logged.

3:53 p.m.: Police responded to Norman Road for a report of a motor vehicle accident. No tows or transports logged. A report was taken.

4:59 p.m.: Police responded to Walgreens on Main Street for a report of a past false prescription.
