Monday, Jan. 9

6:39 a.m. A woman at 61 East St. called to report vandalism to her motor vehicle. 

8:28 a.m. A person at 212 Bay State Road called to report a past incidence of larceny.

4:31 p.m. A caller reported a man urinating on the real estate sign at the house next to the Melrose Library.

5:04 p.m. After receiving a call of a suspiscous vehicle in the parking lot of the nursing home at 2 Green St., police discover it is a vehicle stolen from Melrose-Wakefield Hospital several weeks ago. Owner was notified and picked the vehicle up.

Tuesday, Jan. 10

6:12 a.m. A caller from 78 Lebanon St. reported car was broken into over the night.

2:33 p.m. Report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 983 Franklin St., Apt. 2.

6:31 p.m. Hit-and-run accident at 129 Porter St.

Wednesday, Jan. 11

4:07 p.m. Larceny of a cell phone at Shaw's Supermarket.

7:21 p.m. Ongoing phone harassment at 3 Mount Vernon St., Apt. 3.

9:26 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle at 150 Pleasant St. The motor vehicle was towed and Fady Raad, 21, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Thursday, Jan. 12

1:50 p.m. Disturbance at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

2:39 p.m. Report of fraud at 38 Gibbons St.  

Friday, Jan. 13

7:21 a.m. Hit-and-run accident at 792 Main St.

7:47 p.m. Police responded to a domestic disturbance report at 25 Norman Road. William Conserva, a 43-year-old Stoneham resident, was issued a summons for assault and battery.

Saturday, Jan. 14

3:10 p.m. Caller reported tire slashed at 931 Main St.

Sunday, Jan. 15

12:42 a.m. Report of loud music at 24 Lynde St. Resident told to turn down music.

12:47 a.m. Domestic disturbance at 12 Frances St. John Bennett, 21, arrested for assault and battery. 

Monday, Jan. 16

2:04 a.m. Street sign pulled out of the ground and left on the ground at 82 Porter St.
