Tuesday, March 27

11:14 a.m. Past larceny reported from Melrose School and Municipal Employees Credit Union on Main Street. A 59-year-old Stoneham man was issued a summons on the charge of larceny worth more than $250.

2:44 p.m. Report of disturbance at . A 40-year-old Everett man was issued a summons on charges of malicious destruction of property worth less than $250 and threat to commit crime.

5:24 p.m. Past breaking and entering reported from Gibbons Street.

7:51 p.m. Several 911 calls for a brush fire behind on Main Street. Officer and a church employee were able to get it under control until Fire Department arrived.

8:02 p.m. Caller reported damage to property on Melrose Street.

9:08 p.m. Malden Police report armed robbery, handgun shown, at at Lebanon Street and Swains Pond Avenue in Malden. Suspect was white male, blue sweat shirt, 5-foot-8.

9:01 a.m. Vandalism on Hurd Street, person reports finding car covered in grease.

5:45 p.m. Caller reports abandoned van knocked over gravestones in . Officer reports van left unoccupied and damage to headstones.

7:04 p.m. Scrap metal stolen from yard on Cargill Street.

4:22 p.m. Walk-in reports to police to register as sex offender.

7:02 p.m. Report from West Wyoming Avenue of credit card fraud.

Saturday, March 31

8:46 a.m. Report of vandalism damage to vehicle on Berwick Street.

7:13 p.m. 517 Franklin St. Report of a past assault and battery. A 41-year-old, a 34-year-old and 14-year-old were each issued summonses on charges of assault and battery.

8:30 p.m. Melrose-Wakefield Hospital requests assistance with patient.

11:06 p.m. Caller reports large group, disturbance and possible fight on Burrell Street.

Sunday, April 1

2:44 p.m. Caller states vandalism damage to car on Linwood Avenue.

3:57 p.m. Manager from called stating that a female shopper told him a man was exposing himself; man was reportedly in a silver car.

5:08 p.m. Melrose-Wakefield Hospital security called to request help with an intoxicated man. Officer reports problem solved, man sent on his way.
