All four images distributed by police show the suspect inside the TD Bank North on Main Street Sunday afternoon. The man shown in the photos allegedly stole approximately $1,000 in cash before fleeing the bank, according to police.

Police are searching for a suspect following a bank robbery Sunday afternoon at the TD Bank North on Main Street in Melrose, according to a Melrose Police Department press statement.
At about 3:39 p.m. Oct. 20, police responded to TD Bank North, 476 Main St. on a report of a bank robbery.
"When police arrived, they spoke with bank personnel who stated that the suspect entered the bank through the Main Street entrance, went to teller produced a note which demanded money while brandishing a handgun," reads the statement from Police Chief Michael Lyle's Office.
The suspect is described as white man, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, in his mid-30’s, with a very thin build, light colored scruffy chin growth, heavily discolored yellowed teeth, wearing blue jeans, olive or gray jacket, black baseball cap with a pair of Boston Red Sox logos and black/red high-top sneakers, according to the statement.
The suspect, who reportedly stole approximately $1,000 in cash, fled the bank through the Main Street entrance to an awaiting vehicle which was last seen speeding off north on Main Street, according to the statement.
