Mother of Boston Marathon Bombing Suspects is Fugitive of Justice

The mother of Boston Marathon bombing suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a fugitive from justice stemming from an arrest in Natick last year.

after allegedly trying to steal seven dresses and two Adrianna Papells. Lord & Taylor loss prevention witnessed this and it was caught on security cameras, according to court documents. Additionally, Tsarnaeva allegedly damaged additional articles of clothing when cutting them to remove security devices.

She was charged with larceny over $250 and two counts of malicious/wanton damage/defacement to property.

Tsarnaeva made bail, which was set at $200, and showed up at her first four court hearings; however, she defaulted after that by failing to show up for her next appearance and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She also forfeited the $200.
