DeCroteau said when an officer was dispatched to the full bus, there appeared to be no disturbance and that all the passengers were OK and cooperative. The driver told the officer that a passenger made a comment about another passenger's crying baby and "a heated discussion ensued." The passenger who made the comment voluntarily got off that bus and waited for the next bus along the route to resolve the situation.

Car Blocking Albion Street Leads to Altercation

Monday, May 9, 7:42 p.m. A man reported being assaulted by two younger men after he sought to have them move their car blocking Albion Street, DeCroteau said.

The alleged victim, a 50-year-old man, told police that as he drove down Albion, another car was blocking the street. He beeped his horn to get the car to move and received no response, so he stepped out of his vehicle, which prompted two men each approximately 20-years-old to step out of the other car, DeCroteau said.

"Words were exchanged and the person said that one person grabbed him, and the other one struck him in the face," he said. "He was treated on scene and did not wish to pursue charges."
