B 7/31, 2:28 p.m. Police received a call from a resident requesting a medical transport for an evaluation of a 66-year-old. An ambulance transported a patient to Melrose ER. 237 West Foster St. Melrose, MA
C 7/31, 7:34 p.m. Officers received a report of two adult women on train tracks trying to remove wood from the tracks. 133 Berwick St. Melrose, MA
D 8/1, 8:43 a.m. A caller reported a car window smashed with items missing. 31 Marion Rd. Melrose, MA
F 8/3, 2:03 p.m. Officers arrested Samantha O'Neill, 22, from 1 Spring St. in Wakefield and charged her with alleged operation under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol and operating to endanger. 125 Lebanon St. Melrose, MA
G 8/4, 6:23 p.m. After responding to a report of a disturbance, officers issued a summons to a Somerville man for alleged assault and battery. 199 Pearl St. Melrose, MA
