Woman Allegedly Knocked Down, Robbed on Main Street in Melrose

At 12:13 p.m. Dec. 8, Melrose Police responded to Main Street near Papa Gino's on a report of a robbery. A woman was reportedly knocked down and robbed by a suspect who fled the scene. She was taken to a hospital for medical evaluation.

Dec. 9

9:12 a.m.: Park Street, report of icy road conditions in the area of Park and Laurel Streets. DPW notified.

12:30 p.m.: A man visited the police station to report a possible theft.

4:08 p.m.: Faulkner Place, caller reported a man kicking his vehicle.

4:21 p.m.: West Emerson Street, report of a minor accident. Drivers exchanged paperwork.

10:55 p.m.: Faulkner Place, caller reported a man chased him through the parking lot.

Dec. 8

10:27 a.m.: City Hall parking lot on Main Street, caller reported that they struck a parked vehicle. The owner of the vehicle that was struck was notified.

11:03 a.m.: A woman visited the police station to report a possible larceny in the area of Walnut and Lynde Streets.

Dec. 7

4:34 p.m.: Upham Street near Incarnation Church, caller reported about 30 teens causing a disturbance. Peace was restored.
