arrested a woman at Melrose Towers Condominiums on Melrose Street last Wednesday after discovering that she had 18 outstanding warrants.

Melrose Police Lt. Mark DeCroteau said that during the course of another, unrelated investigation, police learned that Nicole Y. Winslow, 43, was either living at Melrose Towers or staying there with someone.
