City Bans On-Street Parking Tuesday Morning

The on-street parking ban will be lifted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to a city press statement.

The city of Melrose has instituted an on-street parking ban until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday while DPW crews work to clear the roads, according to a press statement.

Here are some other storm-related updates provided by the city:

  • Melrose Public Schools are closed Tuesday due to the snow.
  • More than 60 pieces of equipment are plowing Tuesday.
  • Trash and recycling will be picked up on their regular schedule on Tuesday.
  • Melrose City Hall will open at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
  • Melrose Public Library will open at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
  • The Milano Senior Center will be closed Tuesday.
