Sen. Katherine Clark and Rep. Paul Brodeur Host State House Elder Protective Services Forum

State Sen. Katherine Clark, D-Melrose, representing Wards 1-5, and Rep. Paul Brodeur, D-Melrose, will convene experts working in the field of elder abuse to present a forum to educate legislators about the risks facing elder constituents and the services available to protect them.   The forum will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 10:30 a.m. in the State House Senate Reading Room. The event is open to legislators, legislative staff, and members of the press.

Also speaking at the event will be Gerry Leone, Middlesex District Attorney, Marian Ryan, MDAO General Counsel and Elderly and Disabled Unit Chief, Dan O’Leary, Executive Director of Mystic Valley Elder Services, and Al Norman, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Home Care Association.
