Melrose Ambulance Service Gets High Praise From Residents

Professional ambulance received a 97.2 out of 100 on a recent survey of Melrose residents.

A survey taken by 101 patients who used Melrose's city-run ambulance gave the service an overall score of 97.2 out of 100. 

Melrose is "hitting it out of the park," said Bill Mergendahl, chief executive officer of Professional Ambulance, which services the city.

The service received a score of 96.53 in communication, 95.5 in medical care and 96.56 in service quality.  

"Very thoughtful men, gentle and friendly," one user said in the survey. 

"Professional and soothing to talk to," another commenter wrote. 

"The staff were perfect gentlemen."
