The second presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney is scheduled for 9 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

After Joe Biden and Paul Ryan sparred last week in the vice presidential debate, the nation's voters are looking forward to President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney's second presidential debate: a town hall-style event focusing on foreign and domestic policy.

The second presidential debate between Obama and Romney is set for 9 p.m EST on Tuesday, Oct. 16. Here is a look at where you can watch the second presidential debate:

Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney
Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)

According to the CPD, "The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization."
