Hallmark Health System to offer ‘My Life, My Health’

Is living with a persistent health condition preventing you from really living? If so, join Hallmark Health System for “My Life, My Health,” a six session community workshop designed to give adults with any chronic condition for example, asthma, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, depression, fibromyalgia or arthritis the knowledge and skills needed to take a more active role in their healthcare.  If you are caring for someone with a chronic health condition, you are welcome to attend as well.

Learn strategies developed and tested by researchers that will help you set and meet personal goals, learn techniques that can improve your quality of life, increase your energy level, make choices about your treatment, learn relaxation, handle stress and improve communication.
