Today, driving is a necessity. However, it is also a privilege that comes with responsibilities.

Join us as Michele Ellicks, Community Outreach Coordinator for the Registry of Motor Vehicles, presents “Shifting Gears” a program that discusses key issues facing senior drivers today including: changes at the RMV, the rules of the road, handicap requirements, and alternative forms of transportation available in your community.
