The annual Fourth of July concert at Melrose’s Mount Hood Memorial Park returns for its 29th year at 6:45 p.m. Friday, July 4.

The Middlesex Concert Band will perform patriotic songs and show tunes, and Carissa Scudieri will add the vocals.
Popcorn and lemonade will be free for children. The concert is free and open to the public.
