VIDEO: Adrian Gonzalez Comes to Melrose, Teaches Kids Baseball

The Playstation Adrian Gonzalez Baseball clinic brought kids together with the Red Sox star on Fred Green Field Thursday morning.

Around 200 kids ages 6-14 had the opportunity Thursday morning at to learn how to play the national pastime from one of the game's greats—Boston Red Sox first baseman Adrian Gonzalez. Watch the video above to hear from the Sox slugger and for sights and sounds from the clinic.

The players broke out into different stations to learn baseball fundamentals from area coaches, while Gonzalez went from station to station helping with instruction and answering any questions the kids had.

The camp, run by ProCamps, Inc., was held in conjunction with the and sponsored by Coca-Cola Live Positively, Gargoyles Eyewear and RCN.
