This is the first time I have actually looked forward to excercise!!!!! Joy as well as many of her other coaches make the work outs fun, versatile and worth it. You work every muscle group (even places where you did not know muscles existed!). Great way to start you day!!!! Melrose Boot Camp is awesome!!!!
Comaraderie, camaraderie, camaraderie! That's what attracted me to MBC. What keeps me there is Joy's unending enthusiasm and knowledge about health and fitness...I mean who knew something called a "Burpie" could be so benificial?! I've met so many nice people and I've never felt better. Thanks Joy, you can kick my ass anytime! S.R. : )
