Melrose Arts, formerly named the Melrose Arts and Cultural Association, has been the key player in bringing culture and beauty to the city. While the name is changing, the local art events remain as popular as ever in Melrose. The annual "Window Art Walk" is in its third season and plans are already in effect for the Arts Festival in April.
