Here's a look at some of the stories making headlines from the region this week: Arlington Head-On Collision on Mystic Valley Parkway in Arlington Injures Two: Two people were injured at about 12:15 p.m. Tuesday when a 2005 Jaguar X-Type and 2001 Dodge Stratus collided head-on on Mystic Valley Parkway, at Hayes Street. Patricia Randall, 64, of Arlington, who was driving the Jaguar, and 19-year-old Jose Santos, of Boston, the Dodge’s driver, were both taken by ambulance to area hospitals with minor injuries, according to Trooper Kenneth Gaetz, a State Police spokesman.
