Griffin, a 10-year-old black and white Tuxedo cat, returned home Tuesday afternoon, according to his owner. "Griffin is back!" wrote DeeDee Kearney, Griffin's owner, in an email to Melrose Patch Tuesday afternoon. "He came back today around 2:30 (p.m.)...definitely looks like he was stuck somewhere. He was very wet, muddy, hungry and cold. "I think, with the mild temperatures today, he was able to get out from wherever he was. We are so grateful, and thank you again for all of your help in spreading the word." Griffin went missing from a Tremont Street area home Friday night in Melrose during the blizzard of 2013, according to Kearney.
