Melrose Family YMCA to Get New Spin Bikes

The Melrose Family YMCA will be getting new spin bikes at the end of January.

The Melrose Family YMCA will be getting new spin bikes at the end of January, according to a press statement. The bikes are the Keiser M3+ series, which are the latest edition to the Keiser bike line, reads the statement. Members can register for spin classes listed on the Metro North YMCA website or by calling the Welcome Center at 781-665-4360. The YMC offers more than 40 free group exercise classes weekly, including yoga, TRX, Zumba, and Tabata, according to the statement. "These group exercise classes have helped promote healthy living within the Melrose community and are intended to help you keep a balance of spirit, mind, and body," reads the statement.
