President Obama will deliver his fifth State of the Union address at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12. According to the New York Times, Obama will outline his second term agenda and focus on improving America’s middle class. He also plans to announce ways to improve education, infrastructure, manufacturing and clean energy. On Wednesday President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden unveiled a number of efforts aimed at curbing gun violence in the United States. Massachusetts is home to some of the toughest gun control laws in the country, with local members of Congress urging the federal government do more to prevent tragedies like that in Newtown, Conn.
