I have a fascinating life which blends the "real world" of business as a former recruiter and current Job Hunter Coach with being the Rabbi of Temple Beth Shalom in Melrose.  I serve the congregation on a part-time basis, and after 11 years, my wife and I moved from Newton, MA to Melrose two years ago.  I am proud to be a member of the Melrose Human Rights Commission, the Melrose Chamber of Commerce, and the Melrose Rotary Club.

As a recruiter I worked with both Fortune 100 and start-up companies, filling positions ranging from Drug Discovery Chemists and IT to Marketing professionals.

In response to the huge lay-offs which began in 2008, I shifted my recruiting focus to helping mid-career professionals demystify the hiring process and creating focused job-hunt strategies.
