Jennifer Leclerc, Neighbor

When my family and I came back to Greater Boston to settle in and look for a house, our criteria was to find a place as close to Boston as possible, with good schools, access to public transportation, affordable housing (with a yard), and a vibrant local downtown community.  We looked all over the north shore, and Melrose was hands-down our choice. We've been here three years now and love it.  Melrose is a great community for families.

I work from home as a freelance marketing and communications professional, mostly for nonprofit arts organizations. Currently, I am involved in developing and implementing an alumni relations program for the School of Fashion Design, Boston.  I am a member of the Melrose Arts & Cultural Association. I am also the volunteer community arts liaison at Lincoln Elementary, where I produce a newsletter showcasing their music and arts programs.
